Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our Client's team.

Job Summary:

The primary responsibilities of this position will manage and support all warehouse logistics, inventory control, shipping and receiving and the control panel fabrication shop. In addition, tool crib and safety equipment management is a function of this position. The role of this individual must be well organized and demonstrate the ability to keep a neat and orderly workspace and warehouse.


Essential Functions:

  • Manages all warehouse logistics as necessary including inbound and outbound freight.
  • Coordinates 3rd party courier services required of projects for delivery of materials to subcontractors and construction sites.
  • Processes and communicates all expedited inbound freight on a timely and daily basis for Service Operations and the field project teams.
  • Supports internal processes for inventory management of materials and hardware related to construction, service & panel fabrication inventory.
  • Manages the inventory, disbursement, and replenishment of all office and field safety equipment and gear. Coordinates the check-out/check-in of all field safety equipment.
  • Supports the coordination and communication of material and hardware deliveries and orders back to the field teams.
  • Communicates effectively with all other project team members concerning problems, obstacles, issues and information needs from the field.
  • Supports processing of material packing lists for orders and freight to the project achieve folders for the appropriate projects.
  • Performs the processing of all RMA (Return Material Authorizations) requests including product/vendor documentation and shipping of the return materials.
  • Performs project and/or customer site deliveries as necessary and is secondary to the courier and lift gate truck services in place.
  • Manages all aspects of the local office tool crib inventory including check-in/check-out requests and keeps current all NIST Certification requirements of technical tools.
  • Supports panel shop fabrication as necessary and directed by Operations Management.
  • Organizes and inventories PM/PE stocking racks as requested.
  • Other operational support duties as assigned by the Department Operations Managers.

Education and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of related work experience in warehouse logistics & High School Diploma.
  • Must be highly organized and keep a clean/neat work area.
  • Ability to operate independently and autonomously and yet possess the discretionary judgment to know when it’s appropriate to consult with others in the organization and/or escalate to the Business Operations Managers.
  • Demonstrates a corresponding high sense of integrity
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities, employing strong organizational skills to respond successfully to a high volume of issues.
  • Ability to read construction blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Windows & Google Gmail & Drop Box
  • Must be highly organized and possess the ability to work in a high-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet the schedules given by Sunbelt leadership.
  • Has the ability to operate independently and autonomously and take ownership of all assigned tasks.
  • Must possess a valid California driver’s license. 
  • Ability to execute their work to ensure a high level of internal customer satisfaction and the highest quality deliverable.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are a requirement of this position.
