Test Systems Technical Lead Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time position of Principal Test Systems Technical Lead Engineer.

This position will provide experience in a lab environment to work with weapon test system designers to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate, and deploy the systems to help support test and tactical software development, testing, and delivery of missiles to the warfighter. Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Communicate regularly with the program Integrated Product Team Leader (IPTL).
• Responsible for the Technical Execution of the program.
• Work directly with the Program Manager/IPTL to establish and complete program milestones.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team in an engineering environment.
• Develop and participate in presentations for gate reviews.
• Attend Failure Review Boards (FRBs) when required.
• Attend Change Control Boards (CCBs) and approve system changes.
• Report status metrics for your team to stakeholders.
• Define program requirements in a multi-disciplinary team.
• As the lead, you will be expected to provide training, as needed, understand the scope, cost, and schedule of the Progra,m and define/delegate tasking for your team.
• Travel up to 20% to support the development and/or delivery of our test environment equipment.

What You Will Learn:

• System-level test setup and operation across the different environments within development or production.
• Experience working across multi-disciplined groups of engineers.
