Job Description
Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Technical Project Manager- Martech to join our Client's team.
Day In the Life of This Project Manager:
As a Project Manager, you will work cross-functionally on the development and implementation of large Agile technology programs.
This role will require an understanding of the current systems landscape, project management skills, and implementation planning.
- Work cross-functionally on large tech initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment, projects will include mobile, digital, & store technologies
- Work closely with employees, contractors, and vendor teams and hold them accountable for delivery by clearly developing and communicating a plan, interdependencies and delivering against the diverse portfolio
- Work with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Technology Delivery Managers/Technology Delivery Executives, Developers, Quality Engineers, and Vendors
- Develop status reports, control project scope and economics, approve changes, manage, communicate, and resolve issues, risks, and conflicts.
Requirements:
- 4 years of Project Management/Scrum Master experience
- Agile project experience as well as other project methodology experience
- Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
- Previous MarTech experience
- Strong business analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams
- Drive to innovate and try new ways to move projects forward to completion
- Thrive in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and client service-oriented
- Knowledge of project/demand planning tools with evidence of practical application (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Innotas, Planview, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
