Position Summary

We are seeking a Systems Analyst with strong functional and technical knowledge of Epicor Kinetic. This role will work closely with business users to understand processes, identify opportunities for improvement, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate can bridge the gap between business operations and technical development and is comfortable working across multiple areas of Epicor.

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and improve the Epicor Kinetic ERP environment.
• Work with business users to gather requirements and understand operational processes.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical Epicor issues and identify root causes.
• Develop and maintain BAQs, dashboards, BPMs, reports, and Kinetic customizations.
• Support integrations using REST APIs, Epicor Functions, Automation Studio, or other integration tools.
• Assist with Epicor upgrades, testing, deployments, and new functionality.
• Support user acceptance testing and help ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Document system changes, business processes, and technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency.
• Provide Epicor guidance and training to end users.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or implementing Epicor ERP / Epicor Kinetic.
• Strong understanding of ERP and manufacturing business processes.
• Experience with BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, reporting, and Epicor configuration.
• Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and Epicor data structures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of Epicor experience.
• Manufacturing or distribution experience.
• Experience with Kinetic Application Studio, Epicor Functions, REST APIs, SSRS, DMT, and integrations.
• Familiarity with modules such as Manufacturing, Planning, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, and Quality.
• Experience with Epicor Cloud and Kinetic UI implementations.

The successful candidate will be someone who can understand how the business operates, determine how Epicor should support those processes, and develop practical solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and system adoption.
