Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Strategic Comms General Management Consultant to join our team at our client’s site in Reston, VA.

As a general management consultant on our team, you’ll develop an overall picture of your client’s structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. On our team, you’ll use discussions and workshops with stakeholders and contract staff to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll work on a path forward with leadership and your client. This is your chance to gain experience in strategy, process improvement, and communications while learning new consulting skills. Work with us as we help business practices evolve. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at our client’s site and working remotely.

• Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms with all levels of staff and clients
• Ability to present to senior staff or leadership
