We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Content Creator who understands food, hospitality, and nightlife. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who can capture the full experience—from beautifully plated dishes to high-energy dinner service and late-night atmosphere—and turn it into content that drives attention and reservations.

What You’ll Do:

• Own day-to-day social media across Instagram and TikTok

• Capture high-quality content of food, cocktails, ambiance, and live guest experience

• Be on-site during key hours (dinner, brunch, events) to film real-time content

• Create and post reels, stories, and short-form video consistently

• Highlight events, DJs, and high-energy moments that define the brand

• Collaborate with management on promotions, menu launches, and special events

• Stay ahead of trends while maintaining a polished, luxury aesthetic

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience creating content for restaurants, hospitality, or nightlife brands

• Strong portfolio of food photography and on-site content (required)

• Ability to shoot and edit quickly in fast-paced environments

• Eye for lighting, presentation, and capturing the right moment

• Familiarity with Miami’s dining and social scene

• Must be available nights and weekends

This Role Is Not:

• A remote or “post-only” social media job

• A purely strategy-based role

• A side project or influencer-only position
