Job Description
Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Client's team.
Requirements:
- Have Strong Experience in Software Lifecycle and Innovative Applications for Software
- Have experience with Agile methodologies running scrum and well versed with JIRA
- Plan, schedule, estimate, coordinate, manage, and deliver the projects within our waterfall and agile hybrid delivery methodologies
- Ensure development and project processes are followed for successful implementations (for planning, implementation, testing)
- Oversee the daily progress of the store digital projects with regard to time, budget, scope, and quality
- Proactively and aggressively manage project risk and issues; defining mitigation efforts.
- Represent the PMO and PMO expectations within the project team
- Experience with FE development, Content Management Solutions and Retail Programs a huge plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years in project management in related field
- Experience in Agile and applied skills as Scrum master on complex projects: ceremonies, planning, dependency management
- Must have core Project Management experience and skills
- Demonstrated hands-on experience; ability to quickly identify critical decision points and any potential project risks, provide solutions to team.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment with critical deadlines to meet.
- Effectively collaborate and influence in a highly-matrixed organization
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to communicate at all organizational levels
- Education:
- BA/BS preferred
- PMP or Scrum Experience OR Certification a necessary
