Job Description

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Senior C++ Programmer-Lead Engineer to join our Client's team.


Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain software solutions with a focus on performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize cash processing hardware/software systems.
  • Write, debug, and optimize C++ code (required) and C or assembler as needed.
  • Contribute to microcode development and work closely with hardware components.
  • Participate in the design, development, and integration of microprocessor technologies.
  • Prepare to take on a leadership role as CTO, contributing to strategy, team building, and technical vision.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in C++ (required); strong experience in C, assembler, or microcode is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with microprocessor architecture and programming.
  • Background in hardware/software integration and optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Leadership qualities and a long-term vision for technical innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing microcode for specialized hardware.
  • Familiarity with cash optimization technologies or similar industries.
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead a technical team
