Job Description

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking an SAP Security Administrator to join our Client's team.


This person will provide technical and analytical support in SAP Security and Identity Management areas for ECC, Business Warehouse (BW), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and other Enterprise Applications, and to support the SAP S/4HANA transformation project.


Mandatory Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years as SAP Security Administrator with exposure in SAP ECC, BW, BPC, CRM, BOBJ, and Solution Manager
  • Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP project implementations as SAP Security Administrator
  • Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migration project implementation as SAP Security Administrator

Technical Requirements

  • Provide support to SAP Security applications by offering technical expertise in security design, development, and configuration
  • Configure S4HANA and Fiori security with a good understanding of App types, catalogues, groups,and OData services
  • Define and maintain authorizations, user profiles, and roles.
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex access issues
  • Translate functional requirements into technical design for SAP security roles.
  • Process SAP access requests to support project teams in non-production SAP systems
  • Provide support to monitor Segregation of duties (SOD) analysis and controls
  • Define and maintain SAP security standards, processes, policies, and strategies.
  • Analyze the effects of system migration to S4HANA on security and implement changes
