Restricted Area Escort

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Restricted Area Escort with a TS/SCI to join our team at our client’s site in Schriever AFB, Colorado.

Description of Duties: The Restricted Area Escort supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA)

The candidate will:

- Escort un-cleared personnel within the restricted area, to include within SCIFs

- Maintain 100% positive control of assigned visitors

- Maintain compliance with Jacobs “Beyond Zero” safety program

- Operate GSA vehicles to meet personnel at the visitor center, and other locations, on base while in the restricted area

Flexible work schedules may be required, daily starting and end times could adjust by two hours. The normal working hours are 7:00am-3:00pm M-F.

The successful candidate will:

- Be able to support 2nd and 3rd shift hours and 4-10 work schedules when required

- Be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

- Have excellent communication skills- This position requires the escort to communicate with personnel regarding specific

meeting times and places.

- Escorting requires maintaining positive control of the visitors, excellent communication skills are essential.

- Be able to follow all company safety policies and are willing to ensure others on the project sites are also compliant.

-Most escorting tasks will be on construction sites and the ability to wear hard hats, safety glasses and safety shoes is required.

Qualifications - External

Basic Requirements:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 4 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 2 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree, or higher, and 0 years of general experience.

- Must have 2 years of directly related experience

- Must have a valid state driver’s license

- Must have an active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance

This position can be filled at Schriever AFB, Colorado Springs, CO.
