Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a RedHat Platform Deployment Architect to join our Client's team.
Seeking a RH OpenShift Platform Deployment Architect to join our team in supporting the intelligence community. As a Senior Redhat OpenShift Platform Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the Redhat OpenShift platform for our intelligence community clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect Redhat OpenShift platform solutions that meet the unique requirements of the intelligence community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and secure Redhat OpenShift platform designs.
- Develop and implement best practices for deploying, managing, and monitoring Redhat OpenShift clusters.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members in the areas of Redhat OpenShift platform architecture and administration.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Redhat OpenShift clusters to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Redhat OpenShift and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with TS/SCI and Full Scope Poly clearance requirements.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new tools and technologies to enhance the Redhat OpenShift platform.
Requirements:
- Clearance: TS/SCI
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and implementing Redhat OpenShift platform solutions.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Redhat OpenShift, including cluster design, deployment, and administration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
