Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking a Program Manager - Systemwide Accessibility to join our Client's team.


Position Overview

The Program Manager will lead a systemwide pilot of a PDF remediation tool to help build scalable processes to improve digital accessibility systemwide.


Key Responsibilities

  • Grow our systemwide accessibility program to:
    • Implement and support the PDF accessibility remediation tool pilot and track progress systemwide.
    • Develop playbooks and job aids for scalable, consistent remediation of identified accessibility risks.
    • Evaluate and develop an intake and prioritization framework for new accessibility risks.
    • Create and deliver a systemwide communication program on the importance of accessibility.
  • These initiatives will require the candidate:
    • Lead planning and execution of accessibility initiatives.
    • Develop SOPs, guidelines, reports, and governance materials.
    • Evaluate accessibility testing tools and coordinate pilots.
    • Facilitate working groups and training sessions.
    • Document current practices and improvement opportunities.
    • Create change-management and communication plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508, ADA).
  • Experience leading digital accessibility or compliance-driven programs.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Excellent facilitation abilities.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives.
