JOB DESCRIPTION
Mission
In this role, you will help deliver an outstanding onboarding experience for all new hires in our engineering organization, leveraging your experience supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of high-quality onboarding programs designed for scale. In close partnership with a Senior Learning & Development Program Manager and reporting to the Manager, Learning and Development, you will manage program logistics and communication to drive program outcomes.
The impact you will have
- Manage global coordination of weekly onboarding program for 800+ new hires annually
- Maintain program documentation, including Wikis, process maps, reports, and more
- Identify and recommend efficiencies to ensure the program can scale
- Organize program data from multiple sources and support reporting to executive stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Global program coordination - coordinate onboarding to provide a seamless experience for new hires joining across multiple US and international locations (weekly, 1.5 hours)
- Program communication and calendar management - communicate program timeline and manage the weekly program calendar across three separate timings to drive participation (weekly, 1.5 hours)
- Program documentation maintenance - consolidate and maintain program information across multiple sources to ensure information reliability and a seamless experience for new hires (monthly, 2 hours)
- Process improvement - develop an advanced knowledge of the program and make recommendations to improve the experience of new hires and ensure the program can scale (quarterly, 4 hours)
- Data organization and reporting - organize data from multiple sources (LMS, calendars) and support reporting to an executive audience (quarterly, 4 hours)
- Trainer scheduling, coordination, and support - coordinate quarterly trainer scheduling for live sessions and respond to trainer issues as they arise (quarterly, 2 hours; weekly, 1 hour)
Competencies
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Mail, Calendar)
- Experience in a multinational organization (US and international locations)
- Experience with a Learning Management System (preferably Docebo)
- Experience with other employee onboarding software tools or platforms is a plus
- Experience with process optimization is a plus
- Experience with executive communication and understanding of enterprise dynamics
