Paid Media Operations consultant

Position Overview:

The Paid Media Operations contractor will work closely with our Paid Media and Campaigns team to execute and optimize paid media campaigns. This role involves using various tools and collaborating with third-party vendors and our Paid Media agency to ensure efficient and effective media operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the execution and optimization of Content Syndication, Programmatic Display, LinkedIn, and other paid media campaigns.

- Work directly with third-party vendors and our Paid Media agency to ensure new and top performing content is live across relevant channels.

- Utilize Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, and Integrate to audit lead flow and pacing across all systems on a weekly basis.

- Leverage Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, and PowerBi to assist pulling monthly and quarterly pacing and performance reports.

- Engage with 6Sense to enhance targeting and personalization strategies.

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with Campaign Managers on media performance and provide insights & recommendations to enhance overall media strategy for each campaign.

- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in paid media.

Qualifications:

- Experience or working knowledge with Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, PowerBi, and 6Sense.

- Familiarity with Integrate is a plus.

- Proven experience working with agencies and third-party vendors.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity and manage deadlines effectively.

- Adaptability to evolving priorities and fast-paced environments.
