Job Description

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to join our Client's team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to build, scale, and manage operational processes for our Product & Engineering (R&D) teams and the end-to-end execution of our enterprise customer events (both virtual and in-person).

In this role, you will bridge the gap between Product, Engineering, Field Account teams, and executive-level customers. You will run our product advisory forums, optimize feedback loops, track top-account feature requests, and ensure customer insights directly inform product roadmap planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Forum & Event Operations: Manage end-to-end execution for both virtual customer forums and annual in-person executive events (day-long roadmap deep dives with top accounts). Handle logistics including invitations, registrations, attendee tracking, pre/post-event surveys, and real-time host support (travel not required)
  • Feedback Loop & Feature Request Management: Build and maintain scalable workflows between Product, Engineering, and Account teams. Track top-account feature requests and ensure critical enterprise feedback is structured, prioritized, and incorporated into roadmap planning.
  • Cross-Functional Program Execution: Proactively identify risks, clear operational blockers, track dependencies, and keep cross-functional teams aligned on critical milestones across multiple time zones.
  • Process Optimization: Design, document, and rollout repeatable processes and workflows across the organization to improve collaboration between internal R&D teams and customer-facing teams.

What We Look For (Basic Qualifications):

  • Experience: 5+ years of technical program management, project management, or operational experience within software or technology organizations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Process & Execution: Proven track record of defining workflows, tracking cross-functional dependencies, identifying risks, and cascading processes across organizations.
  • Technical & Tooling Skills: Familiarity with Jira (or equivalent workflow tools) and working knowledge of a programming/data language (SQL and/or Python preferred). Hands-on experience using AI tools and AI-assisted development ("vibe coding") to automate internal processes and boost day-to-day operational efficiency.
  • Communication & Delivery: Strong stakeholder management skills with a proactive approach to anticipating issues and removing blockers.
  • Work Schedule: Experience collaborating across multiple time zones within local working hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s or advanced degree in a technical or business discipline.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS software development lifecycle and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Prior experience managing enterprise customer programs, Product Advisory Boards (PABs), or customer solutioning or onboarding

Security Clearance Required: N/A
