Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Media Testing Specialist to join our Client's team.

Our Digital Marketing & Media (DM&M) Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) is seeking a Media Testing Specialist (Contractor) to support our Paid Media testing workstreams during a maternity leave coverage period. We're looking for someone who can use our TCoE's established frameworks, templates and processes to steward tests from intake from channel owners, to authoring briefs, to partnering with our Media agencies on execution, and our analytics partners on measurement. Success in this role looks like disciplined execution, strong follow-through, and clear communications across stakeholders to ensure tests are done correctly and to completion.


The qualifications we're looking for:

- Experience in Paid Media channels (Social, Display, Search, Affiliate)

- Ability to steward the execution of Paid Media tests (e.g. creative tests, audience tests, incrementality tests, etc.) end-to-end

- Comfortable partnering with a program manager as well as channel owners, and analytics, and agency teams to deliver defined workstreams

- Strong operational rigor and attention to detail
