Job Description

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Media Coordinator to join our Client's team.

Budget Forecast & Actualization:

Update forecast documents and non-working spend documents based on latest forecasts

Track media spend actuals by channel and run variance analysis against objectives


Invoice Processing:

Handle the end-to-end process of invoice management, including receiving and uploading invoices from media vendors

Ensure that all invoices are accurate, properly documented, and submitted for timely payment.


Budget & Pacing Tracking:

Manage weekly pacing across all channels by updating pacing documents and sending updates to larger team

Support Manager with intra-channel budget allocations and data needs to make shifts and allocations

Monitor and budget allocations for Paid Social media campaigns, ensuring that spending aligns with the approved budget and goals.



Qualifications

  • 2+ years of work experience, 
  • 1+ of these in in digital marketing, Paid Social, or Marketing Finance
  • Excel mastery and data analysis


Competencies and Skills

  • Hypothesis driven problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Great attention to detail, with ability to dig deep into details while keeping focus on the primary business question at hand
  • Proactive approach to data exploration and opportunity identification and a thirst for data insights
  • Positive attitude - eager to get involved in projects
  • General understanding of Marketing channels specifically Paid Social and their role in the client journey/conversion path
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
