Job Description

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking a Manager - Experiential Marketing to join our Client's team.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee complex logistical elements of programs including in-person event management, production, brand and talent management, ticketing and/or mailer distribution, technology platforms, vendors, etc.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to establish marketing plans across channels like creative, digital, in-store, and customer service, and agency partner(s), ensuring consistency among all vehicles. 1
  • Contribute to the experiential vision of each event environment to achieve business goals and purposes that align with company culture and marketing initiatives
  • Synthesize business priorities and consumer insights into viable experiential marketing strategies for the company by participating in briefing internal teams and external agencies to bring these programs to life via compelling visual creative and marketing messaging
  • Coordinate and participate in recapping of post-event attendance feedback, internal partner feedback, and other ROI metrics for company records

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-7 years of event management experience (agency preferred) and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management, experiential, hospitality, marketing, or related fields - beauty, fashion and/or retail experience a plus! 
  • Experience in event marketing, sourcing, planning, executing, and evaluating programs with precise detail in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
