Junior Project Manager-Marketing Associate

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Junior Project Manager-Marketing Associate to join our Client's team.

• Create and maintain an annual calendar of key program milestones for all cardmember campaigns, internal deliverables (strategy, budget, etc.), and tech projects etc.

• Assist team in managing store HLOL tickets and ServiceNow tickets.

• Plan and execute in-store contest and recognition in partnership with Retail Leadership; gain approval to test new incentive opportunities across Retail teams

• Inform annual technical roadmap for all Retail acquisition and engagement optimizations to ensure efficiencies are maximized and cardholder and BA experiences are improved.

• Participate in discovery meetings to ensure technology builds adhere to expectations and launch successfully and on-time. 

• Manage the credit card compliance process across Credit Card team, including development of 100+ tool IDs, routing of all assets, hosting review calls, and managing feedback across all stakeholders.
