Jr. Business Analyst I

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Jr. Business Analyst I to join our Client's team.

Detailed Description:

• Analyzing enrollee and dentist survey responses to identify themes and trends.
• Generating reports/spreadsheets regarding survey feedback, comments and trends
• Attending weekly team meetings to report on survey activity
• Aligning market research software to match the templates of multiple recurring questionnaires
• Coordinating related projects with necessary stakeholders and internal partners 
• Working together with the Mail Department to keep track of surveys sent and received on a regular basis

Skills / Exp:

• BS/BA + minimum of 1 year of experience in research analysis, business analysis, or data analysis is required OR
• Experience managing and performing in-depth analytics including combining survey research with transactional data to perform trend analysis are required, including using advanced Excel/Access
• Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills are required
• Experience in Tableau/Power BI REQUIRED
• Experience identifying and adapting to imperfect data preferred.
• Ability to work well in a highly collaborative environment
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player

Experience with Tableau or Power BI is required
