Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking an Information Systems Analyst – Operations to join our Client's team.

We are seeking an experienced Infor System Analyst – Finance to support, maintain, and enhance our financial systems, with a primary focus on Infor CloudSuite v10 SAAS. This role bridges the gap between finance and IT, ensuring systems meet business needs and operate efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial modules, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions. Currently, this is a contract position, with an opportunity as a direct hire to the right fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Infor Financial Systems.
• Support day-to-day operations of the Infor Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, etc.).
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other business units to identify and implement process improvements.
• Configure and maintain Infor modules and perform routine system maintenance and updates.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security in line with compliance policies.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, testing, and new module implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and integration problems.
• Generate and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and end-user training materials.
• Support report development using tools like Infor BI, Birst, or other reporting platforms.
• Coordinate with external vendors and support teams when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor ERP systems, particularly in Finance modules.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite Financials, preferably v10 SAAS.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Previous involvement in ERP implementations or upgrades.
• Familiarity with integration between Infor and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with lean or Six Sigma operational practices.
• Finance or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Experience with Infor ION, Birst, or other Infor-integrated tools is a plus.
• Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
