The HR Shared Services Data Management Coordinator maintains and verifies the data integrity of the HR database systems with a high degree of confidentiality. Ability to assist in one or more functional areas of Human Resources as needed.
Responsible for entering high volume data accurately into the HR systems with an understanding of system interfaces. Ensure that all employee data changes are entered in a timely manner meeting SLAs. Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures. Creates detailed process documentation. Responsible for testing and impact analysis of changes to the HR systems, including production support fixes, upgrades and new projects. Performs core HR system testing on all releases, upgrades and patches for all countries. Work HR tickets on a daily basis for all countries. Responsible for processing manager self-service workflows that come through in coordination with the payroll deadlines for all countries.
