Blackstone Technology Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking an HelpDesk - Customer Service professional to join our team at our client s site in Berkeley, CA.

Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

Establish and maintain a collaborative work relationship with partners, clients, and Digital Media team to provide support for core fundraising applications, websites, and marketing Tools

Provide excellent customer service to all users of our applications which include SalesForce Marketing Cloud for email marketing and our in-house online giving application. This includes providing day to day first level support and basic data management for:

Our mass email marketing tool: produce HTML marketing emails and help troubleshoot email template issues

Our online giving website: Liaise as needed with university departments to update web pages utilizing HTML/CSS and organize giving opportunities

Assist with the development and delivery of in-person training for our fundraising and email marketing applications

Update constituent records based on donor feedback, and maintain data integrity/organization on our constituent engagement applications and databases

Assist with user testing and QA of websites, applications, marketing efforts and email campaigns

Monitor, maintain, and update select websites to ensure usability and uniformity of content

Generate reports from systems including Google Analytics, and conduct data analysis as needed for marketing efforts


Good organizational, analytical, problem solving, and time management skills, as well as a strong attention to detail

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and a proven record of teamwork and collaboration in a diverse environment

Experience with a CRM application or data warehouse; updating records, generating reports, etc. is a plus

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and balance varying volumes of work assignments and adapt to changing needs

Strong work ethic with demonstrable ability to maintain confidentiality

Desired Skills

Experience working with Teamwork Desk

Previous experience working with CADS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget)

Proficiency in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users in one-on-one and group settings

Basic proficiency with HTML / CSS code

Fundamental knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Creative Suite, MS Office applications
