Job Description
The Head of Digital Adoption Platform will lead the global implementation and optimization of WalkMe, driving its integration across our major quote-to-cash processes and enterprise applications, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Carma, Oracle, and others. This role will spearhead a rapid deployment initiative, collaborating closely with external consultants, while establishing a robust, embedded network of advocates to maintain and enhance platform utility. The role will leverage analytics to identify user roadblocks and ensure a continuous improvement cycle through agile methodologies.
What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end global deployment of WalkMe across key business applications, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Direct external consultants and internal stakeholders through rapid platform deployment phases.
- Build and sustain an internal community of platform advocates to ensure continuous platform engagement and innovation.
- Analyze user interaction data to identify pain points and implement agile, data-driven improvements.
- Design and integrate training resources, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption for all users.
- Partner with business units to ensure alignment of platform functionalities with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and learning teams to integrate WalkMe features with existing training programs.
- Stay updated on digital adoption platform trends, applying best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation for platform-related projects.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT project management, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in deploying and managing WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and consultants effectively.
- Proven track record in building and leading cross-functional teams and communities.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Oracle, and ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
