ERP Operations & Process Leader

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, seeks an Operations and Process Leader to join our Client's team. As an Operations and Process Leader, resource should possess deep expertise in process re-engineering and digital transformation strategies within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead and drive the digital transformation strategy and execution for a large-scale ERP implementation, ensuring successful adoption and utilization across major US manufacturing site.

-Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to understand business needs, mitigate risks, and address resistance.

-Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring clear and consistent messaging throughout the project lifecycle.

-Documentation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of process & procedure documentation.

-Performance Measurement: Define and track change management KPIs to measure effectiveness of deployed solutions.

Professional Skills & Experience  

-10+ years of experience in digital transformation .

-5+ years driving process optimization for large-scale ERP implementations in a manufacturing environment.

-Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

-Training and Development: Strong experience in designing and delivering training programs for ERP systems, preferably in manufacturing settings.

-Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with implementation partners and internal project teams.

-Adaptability: Agile and flexible, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and adapt strategies as needed.

Travel  

-Hybrid Position - local to Sacramento, with ability to be on-site 2-3 days/week.

-Location: US-based. Sacramento, CA.

Education & Certifications  

Education

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.

-Advanced degree preferred.

Certifications (Preferred)

-ERP certification (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. Infor ERP preferred).
