The company is headquartered in Redwood City, California and is currently looking for additional Desktop Support in Philadelphia, PA. This person will be supporting users in this office as well as any other users in North America. Largest offices outside of Philadelphia would be in Atlanta and Boston. Others would be remote. Approximately 35 users in this office.
Mac and Windows, our client is 99% Mac
Zoom, Ringcentral or WebEx knowledge
MS Suite, PP, Excel, Outlook, Word
Know their way around Mac OS X and Windows 10
Troubleshooting skills with Laptops
Onboarding new employees – setting up desks, laptops
Zendesk for their ticketing system – there may occasionally be a need for overflow of European Hour
Experience with Zendesk is a HUGE plus!
