Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Data Analyst Lead - Top Secret Clearance Required to join our team at our client’s site in Reston, VA.

As a client-facing data analyst on our User Engagement Team, you’ll work closely with your clients to understand their questions and needs and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. Not only will you provide a deep understanding of their data, but you’ll also advise your client on what the information means and how it can be used to make an impact on national defense and security priorities, as well as technological advancement of analytical capabilities.

You Have:

• Experience with working in a professional environment
• Knowledge of world events, technological advances, and industry trends
• Ability to leverage expertise in communications and analysis
• Ability to work as a self-starter and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Security+ Certification

Nice If You Have:

• 1+ years of experience in working directly with senior leaders
• Experience with working in the military or supporting the Federal government
• Knowledge of collaboration environments, including Jira
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
