Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is seeking an Associate-Level Software Engineer Platform Engineer to join the Product Security Engineering team on GMD Systems Integration, Test & Readiness (SITR) program.

Work Location: Huntsville, AL

Telework Availability: This position will be 100% onsite.

A Platform Engineer on this team supports the development of a virtualized system used to support multiple types of tests and development activities on the program, utilizing modern tools such as Ansible, Terraform, vSphere, and eSXI.

You will:

• Support development and configuration of virtualization artifacts using Industry Standard tools and security recommendations
• Assist with rapid prototyping of a variety of virtualized systems and sub-systems
• Write/debug PowerShell/BASH/Python scripts
• Create, Configure, Deploy virtual machines in both Linux & Windows
• Troubleshoot Virtual Machine security/networking configuration
• Assist with document writing detailing software and system components
• Support the development of Terraform playbooks to create/destroy virtual environments
• Support the development of Ansible playbooks to configure virtual systems

Security Clearance required: Secret
