Contracts Administrative Assistant

Our client is looking for a strong Administrative Assistant with experience using RSA Archer, GRC, or IRM - Integrated Risk Management for on-boarding and managing vendors. This is a 3 month contract -to -hire role with a recently acquired and successful FinTech startup in San Francisco.

Desired Skills

  • Administrative background w/ experience on-boarding vendors
  • Data input
  • Questionnaires data input
  • Vendor risk profiles
  • Reporting from the tool
  • Putting contracts into data base
  • Good, written / verbal communications skills
  • High level understanding of vendor management concepts
  • Proficiency at data entry
  • Experience creating and/or presenting management reports

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using a GRC or IRM platform, such as RSA Archer, MetricStream, or ServiceNow
