Blackstone Technology Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Contract Management Analyst to join our team at our client s site in San Francisco, CA.


Responsibilities:

Support project team regarding contract specifics; and producing or updating software tools, which deal with contract information.Conduct thorough independent review of contracts and related documents, identifying critical information or patterns. Work with counterparties as their existing contracts are modified, extended or transitioned to new contracts by negotiators. Inform them about the options available to them for continuing to sell their energy. Support negotiators to develop and sign new contracts. Provides support for project administration support such as database entry and contract document management. Attends meetings and assist with contract data entry into spreadsheets and databases. Send out contract forms and tracks contract statuses. Contacts Suppliers via email and/or phone to track down contract forms. Works with Sourcing Supervisor to track progress of contract form completions and supplier letter submissions and responses. May provide administrative support to process contract change orders to Master Services Agreements into the Ariba Contract management system. Project Management - Work collaboratively with project team to ensure timely deployment of projects, and facilitate the resolution of issues relating to projects. Provide back-up support for other members of the project team to ensure smooth operation of team. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Minimum Qualifications :

1 - 3 years experience working with contracts;

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or related degree or equivalent work experience.


Desired Qualifications :

  • Project Administrative experience,
  • Experience in contract administration or documentation management,
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products - for example Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
  • Competency in planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with project goals
  • Knowledge and experience in document management or contract administration
  • High level of organization Strong communication skills (written and oral)
