Position Summary

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is expected to bring both business and technical expertise to support the requirements gathering and functional design of enterprise level cloud-based data platform supporting our Finance diversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of business acumen and technical skills necessary to bridge the gap between our Finance business stakeholders and technical teams. The BSA will support the Data Architect in the effort to have a data architecture that is centralized, scalable, and efficient for data storage, processing, reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Data Analysis

·       Working closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for the data repository project from each finance department to understand data sources, business requirements, and reporting needs.

• Partner with Finance, HR, and ITS stakeholders to understand business processes, data definitions, and reporting needs
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for data ingestion, transformation, and consumption

·       Creating and leading systems requirement documentation standards, including Use Case modeling, User Story creations and narrative description.

Data Lake & System Integration

• Serve as a key contributor to the design and evolution of an AWS-based data lake architecture
• Work closely with data engineers and architects on integrations using AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, S3, Athena, Lake Formation, and QuickSight

·       Conducting data profiling and data quality analysis using SQL and Python.

·       Developing and maintaining mapping documents and source-to-target specifications.

Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data engineering, analytics, and ITS team

Job Summary

• The AMER Project Manager will lead multiple concurrent commercial office, corporate interiors, and serviced office projects across the AMER Real Estate & Workplace portfolio. They will own day-to-day execution for CapEx projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget under Databricks’ direction.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end project activities for several AMER office projects in parallel.

The Enterprise Security Architect will support a security posture assessment effort to specifically evaluate the deployment of the Gigamon platform currently utilized at Client. Background and Objective

We have been awarded an RFP for a new Threat Detection and Identification (TDI) solution. A comprehensive implementation plan is required to deploy this solution across the system, including 10 campuses, 6 medical centers and 3 national labs. IT Security Engineer with experience assessing and securing enterprise systems (including HR/Payroll) and artificial intelligence implementations

• Duties:
  • Act as an Information security subject matter expert on IT projects
  • Provide guidance during the design and implementation of business services to ensure appropriate security controls and related processes are documented and implemented
  • Provide guidance on security implications/considerations/requirements relating to the use of artificial intelligence (AI) within business and supporting systems, including generative AI considerations

The Job Captain (Architectural Designer III) prepares and leads production of complex design documents for significant aspects of a given project. The individual is responsible for selecting, evaluating, and executing procedures and techniques used on projects. Under the supervision of a Project Architect, the Job Captain will take the project from programming and schematic design to a final set of construction documents and may manage junior designers on the team and guide their professional development within our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and organize project design ideas based on preliminary concepts, sketches, specification sheets, and other data to produce designs, drawings, schedules, details, and notes

• Work closely with the project team to organize, assemble, and coordinate drawings into a cohesive set as required; direct the work of junior team members

• Work with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams to coordinate with all parties engaged in the project and integrate information into project documents

• Reviews and checks layout and design drawings to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications; rework and modify plans based on comments from management or client

• Assist with other duties as necessary (i.e., report preparation, site visits, drawings, code research, etc.)

• Participates in approvals of material and specifications in alignment with design goals

• Use computer-assisted design software (CAD and REVIT) to prepare detailed project designs and make necessary corrections; check for quality and documentation completion

• Participate in regular meetings with the client, contractors, design team and other stakeholders

• Responsible for filing and maintenance of project documents according to document control standards

• Attend meetings and conferences as approved

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution

• Must be licensed or pursuing licensure

• 8- 10 years of architectural experience

• Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required

• Working knowledge of LEED or accreditation is preferred
