Technical Project Manager

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Client's team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project management efforts through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), delivering innovative software applications.
• Employ Agile methodologies as a Scrum Master, managing sprints and coordinating in JIRA.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring milestone tracking and transparent reporting.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and influence within cross-functional teams.
• Plan, schedule, estimate, coordinate, and deliver projects utilizing both waterfall and hybrid agile methodologies.
• Uphold development standards and processes, ensuring proper documentation and risk assessment.
• Oversee day-to-day progress across digital store projects, managing timelines, budget, scope, and quality.
• Proactively address project risks and issues, formulating and communicating mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Represent the Project Management Office (PMO), embodying PMO standards within the project team.
• Previous experience with Customer Loyalty Programs is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably within Retail, eCommerce, or Customer Loyalty sectors.
• Proficient in Agile methodology and Scrum Master roles, including ceremonies, sprint planning, and dependency management.
• Strong core Project Management skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to interface with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to effectively navigate and influence within a matrixed organization.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• PMP or Scrum Certification is highly desirable.
