Job Description
Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Client's team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project management efforts through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), delivering innovative software applications.
- Employ Agile methodologies as a Scrum Master, managing sprints and coordinating in JIRA.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring milestone tracking and transparent reporting.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and influence within cross-functional teams.
- Plan, schedule, estimate, coordinate, and deliver projects utilizing both waterfall and hybrid agile methodologies.
- Uphold development standards and processes, ensuring proper documentation and risk assessment.
- Oversee day-to-day progress across digital store projects, managing timelines, budget, scope, and quality.
- Proactively address project risks and issues, formulating and communicating mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Represent the Project Management Office (PMO), embodying PMO standards within the project team.
- Previous experience with Customer Loyalty Programs is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of project management experience, preferably within Retail, eCommerce, or Customer Loyalty sectors.
- Proficient in Agile methodology and Scrum Master roles, including ceremonies, sprint planning, and dependency management.
- Strong core Project Management skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to interface with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ability to effectively navigate and influence within a matrixed organization.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- PMP or Scrum Certification is highly desirable.
