Job Description

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Client's team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate monthly reporting of revenue and expenses
  • Submit forecast updates and assist with annual budget development and long-range planning
  • Perform month-end account reconciliations and consolidated revenue/expense reporting
  • Provide variance analysis and present results to Senior Management
  • Support business leads with performance measurements and analytics
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Licensing Finance Team

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in a media organization, finance team, or accounting firm
  • Strong experience with monthly close, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Proven ability to present financial results to business teams and senior management
  • MBA or CPA is a plus

Additional Information:

  • This is a highly transactional, hands-on role
  • The position involves global ownership of the Gaming P&L and working with teams across multiple locations
